Be Respectful: Treat other users kindly. No hateful, offensive, or discriminatory messages or content will be tolerated. This is a friendly space for sharing joy.
Mail Types: You can exchange postcards, letters, or holiday cards. Feel free to add drawings, stickers, or small creative touches, but avoid sending anything illegal or unsafe.
Address Accuracy: Make sure your address is complete and correct so there are no delays in receiving/sending mail. Only provide the information needed to receive mail.
Timeliness: Try to send your card within a reasonable time after receiving your match. If you cannot send a card, update your status in the dashboard so we can track exchanges properly.
Privacy: Do not share anyone else’s personal information outside of the exchange. Use the information solely to send your cards.
Mark Your Cards: Once you send a card, mark it as “Sent” in your dashboard. When your match confirms, you can mark it as “Received.” This keeps exchanges organized.
